PlayBook Gift Cards are valid at www.playbook.coach and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are nonrefundable. Coach availability, and prices, can change from time to time and when you purchase a gift card we cannot guarantee coach availability, or freeze their prices. We recommend you utilise your gift card as soon as possible. The promo or coupon code needs to be applied within the booking process, it cannot be applied after the booking has been made. If you have any issues with applying your coupon/promo code please contact the PlayBook team for assistance. A promotional code is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. Promotional codes and Gift Cards cannot be combined, only one code can be utilised per booking. Coupon codes and Gift cards cannot be utilised past their expiry date. All standard cancellation policies apply to bookings made with a promo or coupon code. If a session does not go ahead and you are eligible for a refund the amount utilised on your booking will be credited back to your promo or coupon code to be utilised on a new booking. A purchased gift card is valid for 3 years. A promotional coupon code is valid for the specified time on the gift certificate (usually 2 months). A PlayBook Gift Card may be utilised on more than one session where the Gift Card balance allows.
