What happens with my payment if my session is cancelled?

If you coach cancels your coaching session, at any time, you will be refunded. If your payment is in the payment pre-authorisation stage (pending in your account) then that will be released. If your payment has been captured in your account (which occurs 24 hours prior to the session) then you will receive a refund. The pre-authorisation release / refund will be initiated immediately when the coach cancels the session on the website. Please note each bank has differing processing times, some are immediate and others may take several days. If you cancel your coaching session on the website with more than 12 hours notice, the same pre-authorisation release / refund process will apply as if the coach cancelled the session. If you cancel within 12 hours of the coaching session, you will be charged the full amount of the session. If you think there are extenuating circumstances and you should receive a refund for a cancellation <12 hours before the session then please contact your coach, they can request a manual refund if they are happy to provide the refund.
