What happens with my payment if my session is rescheduled?

If your session is rescheduled by a small change - another time on the same day/a day or two later then you probably won't see a change in your payment. The payment system will just consider the new session date and time for the payment capture (24 hours before the session). If you session is rescheduled to more than 4 days away and the original payment pre-authorisation or payment capture has already occurred then you'll see that payment pre-authorisation released/payment refunded and then a new payment pathway commence based on 4 days prior to the new session date and time. In your bank statement you will see the Session id listed after the word "PlayBook" so you will know what session a transaction relates to.
