How will I be paid?

PlayBook utilises an automated payment process. You will be paid directly into your nominated bank account once the payment has been received from the customer and processed by Stripe (the third-party payment system). Payments occur daily (3+ business days after the coaching session has been completed). PlayBook doesn’t withhold tax from your payments. As a worker, you’re responsible for setting aside money to cover your own tax obligations and managing your superannuation where applicable. Please note: PlayBook may extend the coach payout period at their discretion if the coach has a history of poor session management resulting in manual refunds being required or coach payouts occurring for called off sessions.
