Can accept cash for coaching or extras like travel?

The payment process is built into the booking process so the athlete will add their payment details when they book. Payments is in built to create a seamless booking experience for both the athlete and the coach. If your athlete needs a custom price (for travel or additional athletes etc) then you can create an extra session type for them to book the session with. You cannot accept cash, all payments occur via the PlayBook website. If the session is not booked on the PlayBook website you won't have insurance coverage and you will be removed from the PlayBook website.
