Can I cancel a coaching session?

If you need to cancel a session you can action this in your profile under “Sessions”. Please note you cannot undo this action. You will not be paid for any coaching sessions that you cancel. Please keep in mind that you also have reschedule functionality, rescheduling is a better option if you just need to update the date, time or location. Need help rescheduling?
