How do I check the status of my booking request?

Check for the status of your booking requests in “My Schedule” under “Pending Requests” or “Upcoming Sessions”. Coaching requests will be in the Pending section until the Coach accepts or declines the booking. If the Coach does not respond to your booking request prior to 24 hours of your training session, then the booking will expire and you will receive a text notification. If you want to follow up a pending session at any time you can message the coach to check in.
