It is against the PlayBook Digital and Social Media Interaction Policy for children to communicate privately via the platform with coaches. It is against PlayBook terms and conditions for athletes and their parents to communicate with coaches via text, email or social media. For all children under the age of 18 the parent should be the account holder responsible for communicating and booking with the coach via the PlayBook platform. By adding your child/ren as dependents on your profile, you can select their name so it appears on the booking.
