Good things are meant to be shared! Within your Athlete profile you have an option to ‘Refer a Friend’, select this to refer a friend seeking a Coach. The link you share with potential athletes contains a unique code so we can match their sign up to your referral. When you share your ‘Refer a Friend’ link the person who receives the link will have a unique code on their sign up. When they successfully sign up with your referral code and complete their first session booked on the PlayBook website you will be eligible to receive a PlayBook gift card as a thank you gift. Please note: their first session needs to be a minimum session price of $50. By participating in the ‘Refer a Friend’ program you agree to not engage in any activity that may be considered fraudulent, invasive or spammy. If your friend doesn’t utilise your unique link when they sign up unfortunately their session will not be eligible for the Refer a Friend promotion. Self-referral will disqualify you from earning referral bonuses. If we reasonably believe that you are abusing the ‘Refer a Friend’ program or are otherwise in breach of our terms we can choose not to distribute the ‘Refer a Friend’ gift to you. We can suspend or stop giving the ‘Refer a Friend’ gift at any time. We can change these terms and conditions at any time. Currently, the maximum Refer a Friend gift is $200. Rewards are distributed each month via email and are valid for 30 days, you can use your referral gift with any coach and any session type. Rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Any session that is refunded, cancelled, withdrawn or declined is not considered eligible. Any session that has a coupon code applied is not considered eligible for the Refer a Friend promotion. These terms and conditions apply in addition to the general Terms and Conditions and any special terms and conditions applicable to you.
