Australian Rugby Sevens and Commonwealth Games Silver medallist. Looking forward to being able to help young athletes stay active, have fun and improve their skills.
I am a retired Super Rugby Player with over 10 years of playing experience. During my career, I was the first player to win the player of the year award 4 times and the first backline player to win the John Eales Medal. As a coach, I love passing on what I miss most about playing - enjoyment for what you're doing and bringing people together.
Having played for the QLD Reds, Brisbane Broncos Under 20's, and Australian Schoolboys, I have a good understanding of the skill requirements for young athletes at all different levels.
I am the scrum half for the Queensland Reds Super Rugby Team. I have also played for the Australian Men’s Sevens team. I enjoy seeing the progression of the athletes I coach.
I have been contracted to the Reds since graduating high school in 2014 and joined their senior squad in 2016. I got on the map after a video of a 50m try from my high school years went viral and earned me the nickname 'Tongan Thor'. I've come a long way since then, claiming 31 test caps for Australia and solidifying my place as a tight head prop for the Wallabies.
I have played professionally in Australia, Japan and America in the Super Rugby, Top League and Major League Rugby Competitions as recently as early 2020. Assistant Coach for the Nudgee 1st XV squad.
I am an Australian Rugby Sevens and Rugby XVs player with a breadth of experience. I played my debut game for the Australian Jillaroos in 2015 before being selected for the Australian Women’s Rugby Sevens team later in 2015 and the Australian Rugby XVs in 2017. I also debuted for the NSW Waratahs women’s team in 2019. I am dedicated to creating a positive learning environment in which aspiring athletes can develop and refine their rugby skills and knowledge. Through private coaching sessions I am excited to pass on my experience to help athletes reach their goals!
Current member of the QLD Reds and Junior Wallaby Squad and I have been playing Rugby Union since 2004. I am excited to meet new athletes and pass on my experiences to the next generation of Rugby athletes. I specialise in Forward position specific skills.
I have participated in many sports, putting my main focus into Rugby Union. After playing Premier Colts at Brothers Rugby Club, injuries sidelined me and drove me to the development of young athletes.
I am a current QLD Red Player and Australian Wallaby. Playing competitively has taught me to be proficient in scrummaging, line out throwing and general skills but I've also learnt that mentality off the field has a big impact on the field. I began coaching in 2014 to become a role model and 'big brother' to younger athletes who want to build their confidence on and off the field. Any and all athletes can improve if they put their mind to it and I will always support their goals and dreams no matter how crazy.
