With 15 years of footy experience—including time in the WAFL—and a psychology degree, I bring a rare blend of on-field experience and mental performance insight. I’ve coached players, studied mindset deeply, and interviewed elite athletes through my podcast to uncover what truly drives long-term success. I’m also studying to become a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist—so I coach the complete athlete, integrating physical preparation, nutrition, mindset, and skill. My mission is to help players build real confidence, break through mental barriers, and reach their full potential—on and off the field.
Through my experience in the WAFL and during my psychology studies, I’ve seen firsthand that talent alone isn’t enough. The real difference in young athletes comes from what’s happening on the inside—their confidence, mindset, habits, and sense of identity. I also work with young men through the Prince to King mentoring program, run by Dylan Roos (son of AFL legend Paul Roos), helping them develop the inner tools they need—things like emotional regulation, belief, resilience, and direction. This work is personal for me. I had to go through my own turning point—changing habits, learning how to manage pressure, and building purpose off the field. That shift transformed how I performed, but more importantly, who I was becoming. I’m now studying to become a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist, so I can guide players physically as well—supporting them with structure, training, and nutrition alongside mindset. I don’t leave things to chance. My approach helps players build from the inside out, developing the confidence, discipline, and clarity they need—not just to succeed in sport, but to grow into strong, grounded young men.

Highly recommended. Egan was very professional and amiable. He took the time to hear my story, my sporting strengths and weaknesses. I felt he structured the drills really well, recognising my body language, if I got tired. Finished the session looking forward to my next. Thank you Egan.
