With over 35 years of playing experience at club, representative, Sydney Grade and country club levels, my focus is on helping players improve their game, believe in themselves, and seize their opportunities. Coaching began from a deep passion for helping others and a love for cricket. The most rewarding aspect of coaching is witnessing the smiles, the results from hard work, and witnessing the “aha” moments when players grasp new concepts. I enjoy working with athletes of all ages, abilities, and genders, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. Achievements in coaching include attaining a Level 2 Representative Coaching certification and previously serving as a physical training instructor in emergency services. Inspired by players' inner drive to excel, the aim is to unlock each athlete’s potential while ensuring they enjoy and have fun with the game. With leadership qualifications, a background in emergency services, and ambassadorship to Mental Health associations, my approach is holistic, ensuring players are supported both on and off the field.
