Coaching Bio

I specialise in the coaching of Elite Athletes. I am Level 4 athletics coach and a member of the Athletics Australia and Australian Track and Field Coaches Association. I am also part of the Athletics SA Coaching Academy in its inaugural year of high performance. I have established an Inclusion Program ASA/OSR. I have been involved in coaching school groups from R to 12 and in training clinics with the Australian Armed Forces. I specialise in running, agility, balance and strength.

I have worked for four years as Development Officer for Athletics South Australia. My Coach Qualification Statement includes:  Level 4 High Performance Coach/Gold Status  Life Member Athletics SA I have coached:  193 State Medallists, winning 403 Championship Medals in sprints and middle distance  55 National Medallists  170 National Representatives  3 International Representatives  Escorted and Coached 160 athletes to USA competing in California, Nevada, Arizona and Hawaii. Escorted and Coached 1000 SA athlete’s interstate as SA State Team Manage.
