With over a decade of elite sporting experience, my achievements have included being a 3x international medalist in the 4x100m relay and 100m hurdles. I held the 60m NSW State Championship for five consecutive years straight. I won the 100m hurdles title back to back in 2020, 2021 & 2022, ranking myself as one of the top eight fastest Australians in history for the 100m hurdles, and I am a 2 time open Australian medalist in the 100m hurdles. Throughout the years, I’ve also attained high level positions in NRL Elite Officiating, Rugby League First Grade, Rugby Union 1st Grade, Netball Premier Division 1 (Australia), Track & Field at National Level, Cricket Club Representative Levels and Soccer Club Representative Levels - all while managing personal training clients weekly! The variety of my work has seen me travel across Australia for Pilates, physiotherapy, strength and conditioning plus track. I am also an experienced sports coach, with a Bachelor degree in Sports Coaching and Administration. As well as this, I’ve obtained my Level 1 & 2 ASCA coaching accreditations. Given the nature of my sporting history, I’ve also worked as a speed coach to optimise athletic performance.
