Coaching Bio
I have recently played in the NSW Netball Premier League for UTS Randwick Sparks in mid court. I am currently playing AFLW for Melbourne Demons but I have a great love and passion for netball as I have been playing ever since I was a young girl. I understand the incredible impact a great coach can have on a player when they are positive and believe in you. I am excited to share my love and passion for netball to teach the future superstars of the sport.
I began my netball journey at Ku-ring-Gai Netball Association. I had the privilege to represent ACT at the National Netball Championships for U17 and U19, as well as being selected in the ACT Academy of Sport. Following this, I progressed into the Canberra Giants Squad for three years (2017-2019). I am now playing Opens Premier League where I have the honour of being the Vice Captain. At the moment I am also playing AFLW for the GWS Giants.
Outside of this, I am currently doing my masters in Physiotherapy where I aspire to work in high performance sport. Furthermore, I currently am the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Balmain Women's Waterpolo team that compete in the National League as well as coaching AFL, Basketball, and cross country school teams.
While I specialise as a mid court, I have had experience coaching shooting and defensive players and would love to do specialist sessions in these areas if requested.

Grace was awesome with my two girls who were looking for some tweaks for the upcoming season. Grace was really well prepared and had a comprehensive program mapped out for the 1.5 hour session. My girls took some great tips away and have a number of immediate focus areas for pre-season training and the season ahead.
