Current NSW Swifts and Australian Diamonds circle defender. I have been playing elite netball for seven years and am passionate about helping other young aspiring Netballers improve their basic skills and achieve their goals.
Growing up in rural South Australia, netball has been a significant part of my life since I was 8. Starting in the local competition, I progressed to representing my region in a state country competition in Adelaide at the age of 13. This experience opened doors to a scholarship with the South Australian Sports Institute, a turning point in my netball journey. With the guidance of coaches, I committed to daily training, enhancing my fitness, strength, and technical skills. I excelled in representing South Australia in various underage national championships, winning four titles. This success led to further opportunities in Australian underage camps and tours. I landed my first contract with the Adelaide Thunderbirds in 2016 and later joined the NSW Swifts In 2017, where my netball career continues to grow. Currently, I also represent Australia at the highest level as a member of the Origin Diamonds. Beyond the court, I balance my netball passion with a part-time role as an Occupational Therapist. Sarah was wonderful with my 9 year old daughter. She was kind, friendly, and very encouraging. She worked through a variety of drills that really helped my daughter focus on the fundamentals. On top of that, it was incredibly special for my daughter to meet one of her favorite players. A great experience all around!
