I am a level 5 Olympic Coach with medals internationally at all levels including U/18, U/20, World University, Olympics, World Indoor and Commonwealth Games. Hundreds of medals at State and National level, and I work with many schools all who have been successful. 20yrs with Cavendish Rd School of Football Excellence, as well as 5yrs with QLD Roar Football where I developed their speed and agility. Author of the manual Coaching Athletics in the School Curriculum. Named Coach of the year for Athletics Australia and Oceania for Ash Moloney's Olympic medal.
I currently hold a Hockey Australia Advanced Lead (level 3) Coach Accreditation. I have represented Queensland in many different positions including Under 15 Head Coach, Coach Mentor, Academy Lead Coach, Under 18 Assistant Coach and I am currently the Under 18 Boys Head Coach. I am employed as Hockey Operations Manager with the Gympie Hockey Association, a role I have held since 2015.
Competing since the age of eight, I have had an excellent career with numerous big wins and finals. With a Cert III and IV in fitness, I am keen to move into a coaching position to help others improve speed and strength and pass on the numerous lessons I have learned. I am committed to holistic development and strongly focused on all the 1%ers that can be done every day to improve performance and enjoyment!
Silver Ferns Captain #28. I've played for the Silver Ferns from 2016-2023 including a World Cup Gold in 2019 and Commonwealth Games Bronze in 2022. Played at the elite level since 2012 in New Zealand and have picked up a Giants training partner contract in Sydney for 2024. Very experienced in coaching with a small business in NZ for the last 4 years, taking 1 on 1, small group and team Netball sessions.
I have played hockey for 14 years and have been fortunate enough to play in multiple State tournaments for Victoria since I was 10 years old! I currently play for the Waverley Women’s Premier League and the U21s Victorian Hockey teams. I have been fortunate enough to win 2 gold medals for Victoria in the U15 Outdoor and U21 Indoor State Tournaments. I am super passionate about developing and inspiring young athletes to reach their full potential! My coaching experience expands across all levels as I have previously coached numerous teams/squads from beginners to advance athletes.
I have been a track runner athlete for over 15 years with numerous state and national medals in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m. I have been lucky enough to train with and receive mentorship from some of the best athletes and coaches Australia has ever produced. With that, I have been able to implement this knowledge along with my own personal experiences into my own coaching.
