Former Australian, Queensland and NRL Front Row Forward. Playing career of 215 NRL games, 14 Tests for Australia, 8 State of Origin's for Queensland and 2 NRL All-Stars appearances spanning over an 11 year career.
I debuted in the NRL when I was 22 for the Sydney Roosters in 2005. After 73 games for the Tri-Colours I moved down to Canberra to play with the Raiders where I played the bulk of my career. During this time I was selected in the 2009 Queensland Origin squad making my first appearance in Game 3 that year. Later that year I also represented Australia in the Four Nations Tournament debuting vs. England. After 131 games for Canberra I moved north to the Gold Coast where I finished my football career in 2017. Post Football I'm completing a Masters in Business Admin from Deakin University, and am continuing working within Rugby League as an NRL Ambassador and the QLD Manager of the Men of League Foundation. I want to share my breadth of experience and help coach and mentor athletes who are willing to work hard and keep persisting with their goals.
